I HAVE A SAMSUNG S4 THATS ONLY 4 MONTHS OLD. THE PHONE HEATED AND THE BATTERY IS SWOLEN AND LOOKS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO EXPLODE. I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE FOR ASSISTANCE AND I AM GETTING THE RUNAROUND. I AM PUSHED FROM PILLAR TO POST WALKING AROUND WITH THIS EXPLOSIVE. I AM NEW TO SAMSUNG BUT I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL NEVER USE A SAMSUNG DEVICE AGAIN!!! MY LIFE IS THREATENED AND NO ONE CAN PROVIDE A PROPER SOLUTION. AFTER SPENDING MORE THAN 20 MINUTES ON THE CALL. I WAS ASKED TO CALLED ROB TRONICS WHOM WANTS TO SEND THE PHONE TO CAPE TOWN WHICH TAKES 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS. CAN SAMSUNG NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILTY???
