Bad Customer Service

1.) The first lady I spoke to said they don't make my MacBook's battery anymore. She also neglected to tell me that I have to make an appointment to see the technical staff which cost me a lot of time and petrol.

2.) Having made an appointment, the guy said that they will be able to get me battery. So either the lady doesn't know what she's talking about, or the guy is clueless.
He took my contact detail and said that he will call me within 3 days to follow up. 3 days have kong past, so I called THEM.

3.) Having called technical centre (because the number on Apple's website DOESN't work!!), the lady had a bad attitude and told me to call the store itself, but I told her that the number on the website doesn't work, so she put me through to someone.

4.) Having finally spoken to someone, I had to hold the line for 20 minutes just for the whole process to start again.

I am going overseas and needed my laptop fixed asap (which is still broken).

I will NEVER do business at Apple iStore Menlyn AGAIN!!
