I bought a dstv explorer pvr decoder from Makro in Woodmead. During the purchasing period I was offered a full installation by a gentleman called Matimba from Blingstallation which is accommodated in-store by Makro to offer these services. I paid R920 for the installation as offered by Matimba from Blingstallation who made it clear that the money cover all installation requirements. I then called Blingstallation call centre as directed by Matimba to arrange for installation date. This is where my frustration started. I kept on calling over three days inquiring about the date and I was taken from pillar to post by Khaya (the service agent). the less I say about this one the better, unbelievably poor service rotten to the core.
After a struggle to get the installation done the 2 gentlemen arrived on 04 October 2013 at 15:00 and left at 17:45. After taking their time to do installation and wasting about R400 of my personal airtime to call multichoice they then told me that i have to pay an extra amount of R1 140. Where does this money come from because I paid for installation already. I told them to remove their stuff as i was not going to spend R920 R400airtime R1140 just to install
