3 week delay on repairs

I am waiting for 3 weeks for Early Bird to repair my Defy washing machine. I logged a fault 3 weeks ago. The technician came in at the beginning of last week and said he had to order a new part. It is now over a week and every time I call Early Bird, they say that the part has not arrived as yet. I cannot believe that it takes so long to get a part when the suppliers are in Durban also. As my debit order goes off timeously, I expect my repairs to be done timeously also.
