Had my samsung fridge repaired for R1700 after i was quoted R1200 telephonically by Lad electronics about 3-4 months ago... i was told that the fridge needed to be re-gassed... i was a bit surprised that this was done "on site" and with in 30 minutes... im having the same problem again after paying R1700!! i have phoned pretoria appliance & tv. on saturday. got a ref no. phoned them again on monday at 2.30 when i realized no one has been. i was told to ph0ne the technician myself... GREAT!!! which i did... he told me he did not have my jobcard!!
phoned the office another 3 times looking for answers or SOME "fix" for this problem... i was told they would phone me back... bla bla bla... nobody phoned me back... today its Tuesday, i phoned them again, and was told that they can't help me as their system is offline... fantastic!! and how is this my problem... my phone just rang... its the technician... he couln't come yesterday because the system delayed all the job cards...??? Really??? He is coming today... lets see... i suggest you sort out your suppliers Samsung!! This kind of service is NOT quite acceptable... and yet when its time to pay they are NOT shy to ripp a person off
