Good day. Early Bird's delayed response to a previous similar complaint has coincidentally come at the right time as I am currently waiting for 3 weeks again for my washing machine to be repaired... Here again, there seems to be a delay in finding a regular part for one of the most popular washing machines around. Every time I call, there is the same excuse... waiting for the part (Timer). I have already spent a fortune in going to the laundromat for the past 3 weeks.
