I had the unfortunate opportunity to have engaged with your Kramerville Service Centre. It is evident that service centres are independently managed and there is no service or pricing guidelines enforced by SAmsung South Africa. My experience with the Kramerville manager was definitely that of an intention to rip me off. He wanted to charge me R480 to issue a letter stating that my LCD TV was not economically viable to repair. When I refused to pay this and subsequently took this to the Woodmead Service Centre, I was told that I needed to pay R200 for the same letter. This certainly does not create a good impression of the brand and I am extremely nervous to repurchase this brand in the future if there is no control over your appointed providers.
