Highly dissapointed

I am currently using the Samsung S3 and I was happy with it until about a month ago. I have been trying to use the PLAYSTORE APP to download but it keeps on giving me an error message of GOOGLE PROCESS HAS STOPPED. I have tried to reboot, updating my gmail account, sending emails to SAMSUNG to no avail. I am highly frustrated with this phone and I decided this morning to call SAMSUNG SA. I was told by the technical person that I need to take my phone to a service centre in order for it to be fixed and guess where the nearest service centre is? SANDTON. I am highly dissapointed with SAMSUNG SA, why would there be only three service centres in Gauteng? This is ridiculous, now I have to leave everything else and travel to Sandton so that my phone can be fixed. I will certainly not be recommending this brand to anyone, this is really frustrating and dissapointing.
