I handed my 2 month old Samsung Chat smart phone into the repair centre on the 15th. To date I have had one automated sms to say I will be contacted shortly. Apparently they are still WAITING for parts? In the meantime, I have phone numbers missing (because they are on that phone), my family and I are spending a fortune on sms"s because I can't use whats app and I am paying full price on my contract despite not being able to use it. This is just shocking treatment.
WHY should you have to fix a 2 month old phone? To date the manager has not called me despite requesting this...
