I've handed in my new samsung S4 active for repairs on 27 Jan. The technician tells me they do not open these phones because it's waterproof, so they need to replace the phone. A week later I call the centre to ask whats happening they said they are still waiting on parts. I tell her that can't be and she checks again... Now they are waiting for a new devise. Today i phone again and again they are waiting on parts.(call me stupid). So does this means samsung is selleing a phone they don't have stock of or is it just bad service
