Terrible service (1 MTH and still no phone)

I got my new Samsung S4 on the 20th of May and after having the phone for a month the phone started giving me trouble (freezing, spontaneously rebooting..etc). Eventually on the 17th of August the phone stopped working altogether.
I took the phone back to Cell C V& A Waterfront and the SAMSUNG rep was there and advised me to take the phone directly to SAMSUNG at Canal Walk... And that's when the circus arrived in town.
Took phone into Samsung repair Centre
Called to check on phone and told that my mother board and power board were blown and they were waiting for parts. Called Centre to ask if I can collect phone and was told that all parts had arrived but the serial imprinter was not working and phone would not work without serial code.
Called the Centre again and again for the next couple of days and no change. Eventually i request a new phone, as I can't wait any longer for Samsung to repair my phone. Riaan tells me he has no influence her call the call Centre.
Call the call Center and after an 15 minute wait on line waiting for Thabo to be told nothing has been approved
The phone was 4 months old when I sent it in. Samsung has had this phone for a month now.
