Galaxy S4 frustrations

My S4 has been giving me issues since i purchased it. Endless reboots, locks up, battery life is very poor. pics not captured or cannot be retrieved. I spent the first week setting up the phone, importing data, contacts etc and didnt give much thought to the resetting and freezing. I put it down to the initial set ups being done. I returned the phone to CellC after a week and was told that they can take it in but i'll need to leave it with them for approx 3 weeks while they send it to Samsung to check out. I went to Samsung (Midrand) personally and was sent to CellC (Pretoria). I then went to the Samsung Weltevreden Park support centre. There I was told that the phone motherboard is faulty. I was told that the phone would take 2 weeks to repair. We agreed that I'd keep the phone and the parts would be ordered. Its been a month and i am yet to be contacted by Samsung to repair my phone. Ive called the centre and left multiple messages. I received one cal 2 weeks ago saying that the parts are yet to arrive. Whats going on Samsung??? This is highly frustrating. I was quite happy with my S2 and even my Galaxy Tab, but find the support and the S4 to be both extremely upsetting. HELP!!!
