Waiting six weeks for tab, wrong product given

We've been waiting since before Christmas for the Samsung galaxy 7" Tab, Anne-Marie says theres no stock. We agreed also for a Sony Xperia Go, instead she gave me a Sony Xperia E, which I didnt realise until after the box was opened. She also said they had flip-covers for the phone. She also becomes extremely impatient when we phone with a query and never returns our calls. She doesnt keep us informed as to the progress of our application.
