Suppliers tell us that the samsung water filters for refrigerators are no longer available in South Africa. They are having problems with Samsung since Aug 2013. This is an external water filter model no HAFEX/EXP SAMSUNG replacement Cartridge. Calls to samsung are met with ignorance of the matter and nobody can help me except give me telephone numbers of local suppliers. When I contact these suppliers they all say the same thing, they cannot get these cartridges and have no idea why Samsung keeps giving their numbers out. Samsung customer service has promised to contact me twice but I have heard nothing. Be careful of buying Samsung products in South Africa. It seems there is an import problem with components.
