Hope this can help some frustration for potential uncertain buyers - whatever you do, NEVER buy an Samsung S4!!! Not even a Blackberry are half as bad as an S4. I Got mine end of June and have only had problems. As I'm typing I am AGAIN without a phone for more than a week & must just be patient it will only take a couple more days then they will deliver it to me but they can't even say what's wrong and how many "couple' of days. It was sent in last year but were even worse after the repair. Unfortunately I will still be stuck with (or probably mostly without) my phone for another year and a half but after that I'm definitely going back to Nokia. And in the meantime it's costing me a fortune to be stuck with my old phone while the new one for which I am paying are never working. Don't even bother giving me the standard reply of 'a skilled person will be in contact with you soon' because they are already busy with this case since last week and I'm sure it will in anyway still take a long time before I have my phone back, and even then chances are that it will do exactly the same again.
