IPhone 5 and 8ta network

IPhone 5... They calm to be the best and one of the best phones, what rubbish! My iPhone 5 is a week old today and I charge it twice a day, what NONSENSE!!! And when I take it back I'm told that I will not get a loan phone, what rubbish in 2013 how am I expected to function without a phone like REALLY!!! Angry does not begin to express how I'm feeling. To make matters even worse the phone uses a micro sim... How many phones use this SIM card??? So I can't even get a cheap phone and put my sim in it... Even more the lady that helped me tells me that of they take it in she doesn't know how long I will be without a phone... If only I had known and stuck to my blackberry! Really thought that an iPhone 5 was the best, I really think this is BULL really! Then there is my SMS issue! My sms's have not been working ever since I got my iphone 5, my case was logged on both Friday and Saturday and both with case numbers (4166377) and still no response, so I can't even send messages!!! Then 8ta claim to be the best!! Both iPhone 5 and 8ta- RUBBISH!! Really should have stuck to my blackberry or gotten a Samsung S3 or something and possibly stuck to Vodacom!! I'm livered!
