My Sony Xperia V goes into a continuous reboot loop and keep switching off at times without staying on longer than 2 seconds. The phone is still new and I have been patient until now, until this pathetic phone started affecting my business with regards to Customer calls and emails. I have sent my phone to the Vodacom Repair centre in Gateway twice this week. The first time a "software repair" was done and I was told it is "now working fine", when clearly it was not. The second time I was told that they have made an "electrical adjustment". Wen I picked up the phone, the problem started again 4 hours later. I now have to take the phone back tomorrow for the 3RD time. I do not see why I should be wasting my time and money when I was given a faulty phone. How many times do I have to go back and forth to the Repair Center before they actually decide to fix it or give me a brand new one. I have a business to run and this is affecting me tremendously as I require a Smartphone. I will NEVER in future buy another Sony. I really hate to admit this bt a Samsung is more reliable than your piece of junk. If you cannot fix my phone or give me a BRAND NEW WORKING phone then I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
