"fixing" a phone

I took my phone in to Samsung to be repaired, i was quite amazed to receive an email a day later to collect my phone. Yet to my amazement, upon getting home i discovered that the phone was even more broken than fixed, from just being a cracked Lcd, it turned into a useless device, not being able to charge and overheating. i then took my phone in on the 23 of October, being told that the parts need to be ordered. it is now almost 3 weeks later and i still was not contacted to bring in my phone to be repaired. What is samsung's exact turn around time with regards to repairs? The part that amuses me the most is that whenever i call there is never an answer.
