Why must I pay?!

I have lodged this complaint directly to Samsung telephonically and on their facebook page but with no response. So a few weeks later i have to revert to complaining here. My Galaxy S4 battery started giving me trouble, so i checked it and saw it was swollen. I went to my service provider to get a new one. Luckily they told me it was a manufacturers fault and that i have to got to the Samsung store in Century City (which is about an hours drive away from me). I called customer care asking why i should go through the inconvenience of driving an hour (and have you seen what petrol prices are lately?)The lady on the other end just said that theres nothing she could do for me and i would have to go to the branch at. The person at my service provider was uninformed, she told me the shop is in canal walk and they close at 9pm. So on a saturday afternoon at 15:30 i leave somerset west thinking i have enough time. finally get to canal walk, find the store where they tell me i have to go to their outlet somewhere else in century city (now it is 16:40 and they close at 5pm).. i run out like a mad thing and still have to find the place.got there just intime but at serious inconvence and cost to me
