I purchased a new Whirlpool oven Inv. Nr.12050 Model Nr. AKZ218 July 2012. After 2 hours of cooking time at 180 deg. C. it starts leaking water from bottom right hand side and the display flashes. First complaint logged 17/8/2012 then 21/1/13/ 24/1/13, 8/3/13, 18/3/13, 17/4/13, 11/6/13. The oven is clearly defective. Although technicians have arrived, I have had to phone 2/3 times on each occasion to remind them. Then there is head scratching and several different ideas as to what the problem might be. The Head Office in Jhb is not prepared to replace the oven or even supply a new sensor board. I have added more ventilation but as of today I have finally had enough; leaking, flashing and now has burnt the contents. I paid good money for this oven and am an an extremely disgruntled, frustrated and annoyed customer.
