I purchased a Samsung 32" lcd TV from Ok furnitures in Sundimbili on 30-09-2010. There was a 12 month guarantee from Samsung and a 24 month guarantee from the store OK. The TV screen started troubling on end November 2013... exactly 2 months after the guarantee expired.
Ok stated that they cannot help me. A tv repair shop said it will cost me about R3000 as the screen needs to be replaced.
Being a single mum who is battling to keep her head above water, I made my purchase of a "Samsung" product in good faith. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL LET DOWN BY SAMSUNG AND OK FURNITURES.
If I had known that a Samsung brand would pack up 2 months after the guarantee does, I would have purchased a "cheap import"! Can someone give me answers please???!!
