I bought a Kelvinator dishwasher in December and only unpacked it now in July. When the plumber came to install the pipe and tap he opened the dishwasher and realised the door wouldn't open. I hadn't used it and went back to Fourways store and Oupa dealt with kelvinator and they came and picked up the old one and replaced it on Saturday 6/7. Thank you so much to Oupa for the great service.
