I bought a new Samsung fridge just on 2 years ago. I've had ongoing problems and had the technicians out at least 3 times. Now it is out of guarantee and sounds like it's going to pack up again. Phoned the customer care centre, spoke to Thulani who promised to get someone to phone me back and deal with my complaint. It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting... And I guess now I will have to pay to have it fixed, now that the guarantee is expired! Very poor quality from Samsung! This will be my last Samsung purchase, that's for sure..
