Disgusting after sales service and poor quality

On the 13/06/2013, I purchased a galaxy S4. 5 days later the screen shatters after falling from a height of less than 30cm. Is that really the quality of product that Samsung delivers? After phoning endless places to get a replacement screen, only to find out that no one has stock and cannot give me an ETA. So much for the whole 24 month guarantee. But that's not all, my Samsung 40" LED TV has also started acting up after only a year and 3 months. I WILL NEVER EVER even consider purchasing a Samsung product and will urge everyone to stay away from it as its a disaster waiting to happen.
