This is a second complaint I have with Sinoprima... our flat screen went in for repairs and got to their office with a damaged screen the first time around and it took them a month to replace us with a new unit. Second unit arrives and within a space of two weeks we ran into problems screen half blank and sound not working and now it has gone back for repairs. The problem I sit with is I do not have the slip as papers got damaged when our we had a geyser burst. All my effort to phone in and email but no response. How do they work... their is no customer satisfaction. Very frustrating...
