I order a cradle for my car and it was dispatched on the 2013-12-02.
This was suppose to be send to my work address, but it never arrived. When I enquired about the delivery I was told that the order was lost. this was 2013-12-27. (Ticket ID: MHY-141887)
I still want the goods but after send various emails, all I get is automated responses, 3 over the weekend, but nobody to talk to about my order.
Phoning doesn't work as you only get a voicemail and nothing else.
Seems like was taken for a ride and this company has closed doors or something similar.
