ALMOST 1 YEAR WAITING FOR LG TO FIX STOVE

This is the second time I have written a complaint to Hello Peter re trying to get my stove fixed. the last time was about 4 months ago and still nothing. After my last complaint a woman by the name of Natasha Schoonraad from customer services called and assured me everything would be sorted out. Orginally my stove broke about 8 months ago and then I called LG Customer SERVICES HeadOffice and I was sent someone by the name of Ian to fix my stove. I paid him, he told me he had to order a part after he came out. well it's been almost a year now and my stove is STILL broken. Ian has the insides of my stove and Natasha says it is "not LG's problem". She says Ian was not employed directly by LG 8 months ago even though LG sent him to me to repair my stove. I don't understand how it is possible that LG can send someone out to fix my stove but after he steals parts they say it is my problem. I have never never never in my life dealt with more shocking disgusting service from Natasha and Ian. I am now being forced to take legal action against both these two useless. I beg people to please NEVER NEVER never buy an LG appliance it will be THE biggest mistake of your life.
