Impressive After Sales Service

On the 26th of December, I ordered a "DSTV Magic Eye TV Link" from AVSupply.

Even though it was over the holiday season when most companies grind to a halt, AVSupply constantly informed about the status of my purchase via e-mail.

On the 2nd of January I received an e-mail from Tracy to check whether I had received my package and if everything was in order. Take into account that we are talking about an item that cost R 126.50.

I was on holiday at that time and only got back this week. I connected my DSTV Magic Eye TV Link yesterday and it did not work.

I contacted Tracy via e-mail and informed her that I had received the package but that it was not working. I asked Tracy whether she had any suggestions that could sort out the problem.

Four minutes later, I received an e-mail from Tracy asking me for information on my HD PVR decoder, which I supplied.

Tracy took the trouble to look for a possible solution for my problem and sent me an e-mail with a link to a DSTV forum which offered me the solution. In five minutes my problem was sorted.

Thank you Tracy for going the extra mile.
