Continuous problems with Samsung, purchased a Fridge and it stop working, took forever for Samsung to approve a replacement and finally when it had been done Samsung agreed to refund me for all my loss - incident happened in August im still await the refund which had been promised last month. I have been calling the Service department and wasting my calls and have had no answer from Mary Maponya, i am disgusted by the way Samsung treats their customers. Why promise a refund when its not actually processed and have no decency to call the clients and notify there is some kind of problem. I will like this to be sorted out by the last day of this month.
