We handed in our Samsung 55 liter microwave at CG Appliance Centre in Oudtshoorn for assessment since the paint on the inside (celling) peeled off. Our insurance could not help us for they said it was a factory error. CG Appliance sent the report to Samsung. On 25-10-2013 we received a quotation with R400 discount on a replacement. On 07-11-2013 we paid in the R1391.19 for a new microwave as per quotation. It is almost a month later and Samsung didn't deliver new microwave, but is always full of promises. We have a Samsung 40 inch tv, Samsung Galaxy S4 and S4 mini. With this level of service I'll surely think twice before buying another Samsung product.
