Poor Customer Service & Compensation

After 3 weeks of not having the use of our 7 month old fridge, we had technicians come out 4 times to do repairs and it was still not fixed. Ivan from Game managed to honour our request/claim for a brand new fridge, which was delivered last week Saturday. We were told by Samsung themselves that a compensation would be given to us. After 2 weeks of querying this with Chi Chi (Mary) and constant emails with none informative replies, I had to threaten to go further if I did not receive a reply immediately. I received confirmation that a compensation is worked out according to the litre of fridge we had!!! so for 3 weeks of not having use of our fridge, we are getting compensated R500! Two people, 3 weeks and we are receiving R500! This is shocking! The reason they are working it out the pathetic way they are, is because we don't have our grocery slips any longer. Who nowadays keeps their grocery slips. Absulatey shocking service from Samsung SA, how are you still running this brand!
