I have purchased 4 Samsung TVs in a year due to all of them breaking or having similar problems, i am currently busy with samsung waiting to get my tv fixed yet again, this new tv is under warranty and is no less than 7 months old, I have always supported samsung and these are not cheap TVs as they are 51 inch 3d full hd tvs, i would definitely not buy a samsung tv again if this is the case no body wants to keep fixing a tv after every couple months, I would rather have my insurance replace this tv but how many times do you claim about the same problem to them! and all samsung will say is we will send a person to have a look at it? Like really, 4 TVs similar problems .as a brand supporter I have been let down
