I have been sent from pillar to post. I cancelled my contract with Mastercare in November 2012. I discovered in October 2013 that money was still been deducted from my account. I requested a refund. I had personally gone to the Bloemfontein offices in 2012 and wrote a letter of cancellation that they requested. Bloemfontein office told me to contact Head Office and Head Office told me I should not deal with them but with the Bloemfontein Office. When I do get hold of Bloemfontein office I am told that they would 'get back to me in a few minutes' and they never do. Getting hold of Bloemfontein Office is a nightmare. I am either the 2nd or 7th caller then when I am the 1st caller I get the mailbox which tells me that its full and cannot leave a message. I am afraid that the airtime I have spent will surpass the refund I have requested. I have travelled to the Bloemfontein Office to be told they are still communicating with Head Office.
