I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter about the bad service at Bloemfontein and breach of contract as they sold me a car with a full service history, which history they could not proof. Sani Moyo of McCarthy head office mailed me with complaint ref:00000788, and said he would follow up the complaint with McCarthy Call a Car Bloemfontein. Marco Muller of Bloemfontein agreed to settle the matter on following basis: a.by providing me with a stamped Toyota service record booklet for all the services they CAN trace. b. a New owners manual for the car. (a and b to be send by courier to CT) c. to collect the wrong bakkie spare wheel at my offices in Hatfield and refund met the worth of the tyre and rim (the car was sold with wrong spare rim and smaller tyre) d. a letter confirming which services they could trace and confirm. Obviously it has a influence on MY RE-SELL value of the car as I cannot state it has a full service record, as THEY stated which was a total lie. I mailed both SANI and MARCO on various occations since June in respect of the outstanding items and the just ignore me flat. NEVER BELIEVE McCarthy when they state "full service record" in ad or "costumer service
