On 28 November l was looking for a philips hifi Bluetooth adapter and could not one so l called Philips South Africa and they referred me to on of their branch or dealer (Skymark Electronics Martindale). Skymark demanded a payment first before they even look for the adapter. l made the payment and they couldn't find the adapter. Now a month has passed and still they are failing to reimburse my payment to them. I tried the Philips head Office and they wont even put any effort to resolve it.
