Took my 3 month old phone in for repairs on the 11th of December 2013. Its now the 4th January 2014 and I still don't have my phone. Everytime I drive 140km to go check on my phone and still get disappointed. They don't give any feedback whatsoever on the status of the repair. I went there on the 2nd January 2014 and a part they promised would be ordered and delivered two weeks back wasn't even ordered or delivered. The worst was when they told me my phone was fixed and when I got there the fine was still faulty. Samsung is a great product but their Service or Smartcare Centres should back the product up.
