TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH SAMSUNG

TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH MY BRAND NEW "WONDERFUL" SAMSUNG GALAXY S 3!!!
After about 10 days of having the phone, it has started freezing, switching on and off by itself and the speaker is not working properly! This it not the idea that I had in mind when I spent almost R5000 on a phone and it just shows that the Samsung advertising is false to say that this is such an awesome smart phone!! Now I need to take my phone in for repairs???!!! after having it for 10 days!!!??? I am extremely disappointed and expect a solution from Samsung's side!!! I am waiting in anticipation for your prompt response!!! I would like to know what Samsung is going to about this!!!
As a previous Blackberry owner, I never experienced service like this in my life and to think I left that for a phone like this that stops working after 10 days!!!
I expect Samsung to replace this phone or to reimburse me for the disappointment and inconvenience and the utter waste of time!!!
