Teljoy not prepared to give proper service

Rent to own fridge started giving problems 5 months short of contract expiring. I reported the fridge to Teljoy and Michelle was assigned to my repair. A technician replaced the electronic display board however same problems continued. Another technician came out only to give a report. I followed up with Michelle who advised that they were awaiting a depreciation invoice to replace the fridge. I received a call from Samsung stating that they were sending out a senior technician, which Michelle confirmed as protocol. The technician confirmed the fridge needed to be replaced. A loan unit was sent however I refused to accept it as it was much smaller than my current one. A few weeks later the replacement fridge was delivered BUT it wasn't in a box, it had dents and the power cable had been taped together. I complained about it and they said they will contact Samsung. Michelle called me to advise that my old fridge will be repaired, this after being informed that is was non repairable. I refused and suggested that I then instead be offered discount on new appliances. Chris, the maintenance manager, rudely and abruptly stated they don't. As a long standing customer, I am appalled
