I went to the iStore at the Waterfront in Cape Town yesterday to trade in and upgrade my Ipad. First of all, no one helps you at the store, you have to basically beg for service. Then when you get service it is completely useless and the store staff don't know how to serve you.
NOTE - The trade in offer is so specific that you basically cant actually use it, DONT go there for the trade in. It is essentially!
After begging someone to help me, I asked for the MTN consultant Riaz. What a useless individual this guy is, he cant help you. Eventually I told him what I wanted and then he said he needs an hour to process the upgrade. So went to walk around the mall came back after 90 minutes to find out he was on lunch and he cant help me because he never processed the upgrade.
Then I spoke to the manager who was like "well you need to wait" no apologies nothing. I told him to cancel the contract and he never even bothered to try and help me. Obviously the company does not need your money, go spend it elsewhere.
