Went to iStore CanalWalk 8Oct, had appointment due to dead pixel on MB pro retina (under warranty). Was helped by Chad who wanted to take it, told me it's sent to a place in town and can't give a timeframe. Asked him to find out if they can order parts first so that I don't lose my MB for too many days, as I need it for work. Line busy, said he would call me with an answer. After not hearing back from Chad, went to iStore today 14Oct to ask what happened. Approached desk, shop empty, 2 staff standing there but looking at their own MBs, after 3 second i ask if someone is going to help, they look up, not too interested, i ask for Chad, they reply Chad is on leave, as i started explaining they look back to their MB while i talk (this attitude at a shop where people spend R30k on 1item?) I asked if I must wait for them to finish what they're doing so that I can get service & quickly other staff gather. Johan helps, helpful, but I have to leave MB & told could take up to 10days, as they only order part once assessed, iStore can't assess? Joke! Staff not tech savvy, not enthusiastic, not friendly, not professional, not Apple quality. In-store experience on par with being at a factory shop
