Called Lara from Twisp on 28of Oct 2013 @11:38 who was to get back to me as i was/am not happy with the new liquid being supplied for the electronic cig that i purchased from Twisp, old liquid burnt slower and lasted longer, later liquid burns quicker which is costing me more. The colour/taste changed as well in the liquid. Mailed Twisp Team on 31 of Oct 2013 since i did not get any reply back from Lara, got a reply back on the same day from Lara saying they will look into the issue and get back to me. Made mention to Lara as well that I did keep some of the liquid that lasted longer aside so that they can see the difference between the old/new liquid. Lara replied back on the 4th of Nov 2013 saying" We have not at all changed the taste or consistency of our liquids." but this is not true as if you look at 1 of the differences you can notice is that the colour is already not the same if I compare the old sample I have left to the later liquids being sold. Since then i have mailed the Twisp team 2 more times and was told that the directors were in a meeting on the 27th of Nov but will get back to me once done. The Directors till today is still in a meeting.
