I purchased a Twisp mini and have no satisfaction out of the product. It is useless! Taking it to the waterfront kiosk and speaking to the sales people does not help. Brinkley was the rudest most obnoxious sales person it had ever come across. When he realized he was not going to baffle my brain he walked off and disappeared into thin air. What bad manners! His colleague Angelina had to try and step in but could not assist either and then we were passed onto Ucerie the manager! We were told to leave our mini there and he would get back to me on Monday! Well Monday has come and gone still nothing! I also sent them an email to which Lara responded. She requested my number but up until now still no call. All Twisp want to do is sell you a new product and care about your problems. Her advice was to go to a kiosk and test out the new device the Clearo as they stand behind there product. I don't see how she can make a statement like that as they certainly are not standing behind the their product that I purchased. Let's see how long it takes for Twisp to make me a happy customer!
