I've purchased my Twisp on 13 December 2013, with 4 flavours etc. The twisp started leaking in the first week. I could not notify anyone as I was on holiday and there were no stores nearby. I went to the Cavendish branch and they simply said that they cannot replace it as they can't see any fault. I also asked them if I can swaop one flavour for another as I did not even open the box yet and they refused to and stated that they do not exchange.
You pay alot of money and then need to sit with somehinng that is not working properly. It leaks just undernesth the mouth piece (where you put the liquid in).
