I am unfortunately yet another person who has fallen into the trap of buying a twisp product which is in actual fact a consumable to every extent except that you are not informed of this when you are buying the product.!
The long of the short is that this is a product in development and they have not got the technology correct yet to supply the product that they are claiming to have. Whoever buys a twisp is in actual fact a test subject for their product and research in developing a product that actually works.
I bought my twisp approximately 6 months ago. It did well for the first two weeks and I was happy with it until the "atomiser" gave in, fortunately this fell in their 28 day warranty and they replaced it with a new one. I went on to use it for another week and then the battery became faulty and was also replaced by them after a rather lengthy battle with their customer support on email and slow correspondence. I went on to use the twisp for about another three weeks and the twisp starting leaking the liquid tobacco everywhere making it unusable.
I wanted to return the twisp and get my money back but this was not possible according to twisp at the same time no replacement!
