The driver/passenger of a Samsung delivery vehicle, with the registration PRC299GP, threw litter out of the passenger side window just before the Riviera turn off, throwing it down the embankment into an open patch of grass. This type of behaviour is completely disgusting, and there should be some type of repercussions.
