3 months to repair dishwasher - returned scratched

We sent our LG Dishwasher (1 year old) in for repairs, as the LED stopped working. Claremont Home Appliances sent us a quote for nearly R3000. After deciding whether we should repair or buy a new one, we decided to repair and had to pay upfront for them to start working on it. It took weeks of me calling, leaving messages, following up, passed on from person to person with no one being able to tell me what the status of my repair was. Finally, after nearly 2 months, they told me that there were additional issues with the machine and that it would cost me an additional amount of R600-R1000. I told them this was unacceptable, and we agreed to split the additional amount. A total of 3 months later, they finally returned my machine, in working condition, however, with scratches and dents all over the machine. Our beautiful stainless steel 1-yr old LG now looks terrible. I refused to pay the additional amount until they fixed the dents and scratches - of course I haven't heard from them since. What awful service and terrible care! I will NEVER use them again!
