During October 2012 I enquired at Game via their website as to where I could obtain parts for my 3 year old 37' Logic LCD TV. Game promptly responded and gave me contact details of Nuworld. Mr Brian Van Der Westhuizen of Nuworld contacted me and enquired about the part I required. He phoned back a short while later and told me that he has the part in his hand and that he will courier it to me immediately. About a week later on 01 Nov 2012 I e-mailed him since the part was not delivered. I had no response. After that I tried phoning him several times and left messages at both his answering service and the reception, but was never called back. Eventually I talked to a Me C. Ells who said she will look into it. I had to phone her back as well and she asked that I should e-mail pictures of the part to her which I did immediately. Up to date I had no response from her or Brian. I contacted Game again and again they phoned me within a day. Vredenburg branch actually offered to refund me for the TV although it is now nearly 4 years old. (Unfortunately I don't keep slips past their warranty date) Thanks Game excellent service. Nuworld could just as well not exist.
