Cell phone repairs are always a nightmare, but this company is just a marvel. Immediate response from the website on request, same day pick up. The following day I received a phone call, thinking that the phone has just arrived and they want to start the repair, only for them to be finished and ready to arrange delivery. I've had my Samsung Galaxy S2 screen repaired twice (from dropping the phone), and I'm so impressed with this service that I will keep on buying Samsung, because I know there is someone that can repair it. After nightmare service from Nokia, Vodaworld, and numerous other incompetent call centers, this company is really on top of things and understands customer service.
