POOR SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG STORE AT CRADLESTONE

Visited the newly opened SAMSUNG store at cradlestone shopping centre to purchase tab3. When I had to pay for the product an extremely arrogant and unprofessional so called manager named Kapan informed me that they have not deliverred stock. When I requested when they will receive stock and a guarantee that I will still get it for the same price, I was chased out of the shop and told to go else where and that he does not have to respond to me and does not need my business. When asked for their complaints number I was told that i am stupid and should ask the yellow pages. Needless to say that I then bought the same product from Dion`s wireless with excellent service although paid a R 200 more.

The amazing part is that when I phones SAMSUNG`s head office I am told that they do not have a store at cradlestone, yet cradlestone`s website desplayes the store as SAMSUNG and one of the shop assistants at the cradlestone shop game me the number of there Head Office. I took me more than an hour to take SAMSUNG heads office staff to the website and show them they have a store at cradlestone. Needlesss to say nobody knows who should handle this.
