Samsung South Africa has no customer support

After buying a Samsung Galaxy Note tabet, I found out I would need a special adaptor to enable me to connect the device to a projector. I was told by Vodacom and the four other computer suppliers I enquied at, that they have never been suppied by Samsung with such peripherals, and that I would only be able to purchase it from Samsung directly. After then making trip to the Samsung store AND their walk-in centre in Century City, they were unable to help, and I have never heard back from either of them, despite a SECOND call to implore the consultant at the store to try and help me. The consultant there promised he would get back to me with an answer on when they would have this I asked this in stock, but he never did. I also tried the Jhb Samsung Head Office, and was simply told to go to any local computer store.

I finally managed to find a computer shop who was able to source an adapter and order it for me. Now that I have bought it I find it doesn't work. There is probably no point in trying to get an answer from Samsung, since they have absolutely no customer support available, or simply don't care. I am at the end of my tether and Samsung have let me down.
